Our team at Grand Avenue Veterinary Center strives to create an enduring relationship with you and your pet. We are involved in continuing education in health care and services for our patients and clients. We promise to share our knowledge, to provide high quality medical care and to assist you with decisions about the health of your pet.

Drop-off appointments are available for your convenience. This means you can bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we ask that you drop off sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, she will give you a call to discuss a plan for your pet.
Emergency cases receive top priority, causing occasional delays to other appointments. We do make a sincere attempt to see each client and patient on time, and we apologize for delays. Additionally, we work closely with the Animal Emergency and Referral Center of MN. They have two locations, one in St. Paul and one in Oakdale. They are both open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Animals often feel uneasy in new surroundings. For everyone’s safety, all dogs should be leashed and in control while in the waiting area or exam rooms. Cats should be presented in a cat carrier or on a leash.
We require payment in full at the time services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks. We offer monthly payment plans through Payment Banc (www.paymentbanc.com) and also accept Care Credit (www.carecredit.com). For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that vaccinations be up to date.
